I bought these for my wife, who apparently believes mornings should feel less like survival and more like a soft launch into consciousness. Annoyingly, she's right. So you drop these little aromatherapy tablets in the shower and let the steam do its thing. The eucalyptus and mint combo kicks in pretty quickly once the water gets going, and it fills the space with that clean, sharp, sinus-clearing scent without turning your bathroom into a cough drop or tear factory. The whole idea is that the steam carries the essential oils into the air, which is where they actually do their job. My wife uses one in her morning shower, and it's become part of her routine in a way that feels' suspiciously intentional. She says it helps when she's a little congested, but also when she just has that leftover sleep fog that hasn't quite cleared yet. It's not medicine, obviously, but between the steam and the eucalyptus, it does give that 'I can breathe like a functional adult again' feeling. I have to admit, that I have also tried them and feel pretty much the same way. Though as a negative, it has led to me taking some longer showers. Performance-wise, they last a decent chunk of the shower as long as you don't park them directly under the water stream; I set the opposite of the drain. These work great in the shower!! If you have sinus issues or just a common cold with a stuffy nose one if this will clear you right on up in a hot shower!! I def recommend!
