We use this everyday. It's really user friendly, I love all options for glass, plastic, temperature, etc. My one qualm is that it doesn't fit my motif brand breast milk storage bags that are frozen flat. I have to mash the bag a little to shove it in there. I could get different bags, I'm sure the momcozy bags probably fit. I won't deduct a star for that since I wouldn't expect every bag to work. Be careful not to add more water than it calls for as it will cause your bottle to get too hot! I always check the temp by expelling a few drops just in case and the only times it was too hot was when I realized I put in too much water.
