SHIPPING INFORMATION

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

1 - 2 business days
Shipping time
3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For rural locations, allow up to 20 business days. Shipping rates subject to change.
Note: In rare cases, if the local warehouse is out of stock, orders will be fulfilled from overseas warehouses.

Ownership, Terms, and Risk

We will dispatch the order within one to two business days, EXCEPT your pre-order(s). Please make sure your address details are correct, as once the parcel is on its way, we cannot redirect it. It is your responsibility to check and verify.

Notes:

Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

The shipping time does not include a 1-2 day processing period required to process your
order from the date your order is placed and can take longer than the expected date due to
an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures, or other causes.

Momcozy covers customs duties for all orders shipped within mainland Spain. However, customers in the following Spanish remote areas are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, as these regions are outside the EU VAT territory:

  • Canary Islands (Las Palmas & Santa Cruz de Tenerife)
  • Ceuta
  • Melilla

Orders shipped to the Balearic Islands are within the EU VAT territory and are not subject to additional customs duties.

Extra Shipping Fee for Large Essentials
Due to the size and special handling requirements, our larger essential products—such as diapers and wipes—incur an additional shipping fee of 9.99 € per order. We appreciate your understanding as we ensure these products arrive in the best condition for you and your family.

Check Your Order and Shipment
You can track your order after an email confirmation has been sent to you. You can easily check the order via the online tracking page.
Normally if the orders have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed), your orders cannot be canceled.
